Chicagoland Realtors Specializing in Logan Square, Lincoln Park & Bucktown

Camille helped my husband and me purchase a single-family home in Logan Square. She came highly recommended by friends who live in Logan Square and it was clear on our first meeting that she is extremely knowledgeable of the Chicago real estate market and is invested in finding the home that is right for you. Camille toured several homes with us during our initial search process. She likes to observe her clients as they walk through showings to evaluate their likes and dislikes. Camille would then highlight listings on the MLS that met our preferences, which made navigating the MLS so much easier for us as first-time single-family home buyers. Camil...

We have always told Joe this and we will say it forever Joe is the best! My boyfriend and I totally stumbled into this home buying process not knowing a single thing (during a pandemic and a crazy market may I add). Joe was our rock since day one- he answered every single question (and there were a lot of them) in a way we understood. Joe guided us along the process with patience, lots of humor, and professionalism. He advocated for us when needed and supported us every baby step of the way. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about Chicago neighborhoods, all of the variables to consider when buying a home (we would sometimes pull up to the showing and c...

As a first-time homebuyer, having Joe as a realtor made the process seem like a breeze. Joe explained not only the home-buying process each step of the way, but is passionate and knowledgeable about various types of builds, materials, interiors, and exteriors. Joe was also very communicative and quick to set up visits for us whenever we located a place we wanted to view. After asking my initial thoughts on each place, Joe would then offer his own insights and constructive criticism of each space which made me feel I could fully trust his opinion on what is and what is not a smart buy. This was especially valuable to me as I was very wary of having t...

First off, Camille helped my wife and me secure a dream home before it even hit the market. That's the kind of exceptionality she brings to the table. Being first-time homebuyers, I do not think my wife and I could have been matched with a better agent. Her knowledge and attention to detail would be beneficial to any client, but her patience and willingness to explain the process set her apart for us. Starting our home search in a seller's market, Camille was effective and proactive in quickly arranging showings and being there for a walk-through. When we liked a home, her team was quick to evaluate comps and put together a competitive offer within ...

We absolutely loved working with Camille and her team! They were friendly, professional, patient, and always on our side. I know Camille had other clients but honestly, she gave us such amazing service, we felt like we were her only ones. Always accessible and always honest. She made sure we ended up with not only our dream home but one that fit our budget, was safe and well taken care of. Being first-time home buyers, there were multiple properties that we saw and loved at first glance but Camille was quick to point out some flaws and explain to us why those places were not the best investment even though they looked nice. We ultimately ended up wi...

Camille is "La creme de la creme" for a few reasons: She is absolutely trustworthy. She will always put your interest ahead of her, her organization, or any other stakeholder. And that is worth its weight in gold She is incredibly smart and knows her job to perfection. We debated the right strategy for our property, trusted her judgment, and could not be happier! A very smooth, well-driven sale that exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Thank you for this. Beyond that, she and her staff are driving a top-notch, smooth, and well-controlled process. She has a huge network that helps a ton when you don't know a lot about the real estate market in th...

We were moving back to Chicago from out of state and needed someone with a strong sense of the neighborhoods and market to help us find our perfect home. Camille Canales was exactly who we needed! From the beginning, her dedication, white-glove service, and engaging personality made the entire process feel smooth and personalized. Camille’s extensive market knowledge and understanding of construction and inspections helped us feel fully confident with each property we considered. Camille’s strategy for presenting an ideal offer wasn’t just about price—it was crafted thoughtfully to set us apart, drawing on her relationships with other agents and he...

I’ve got to say that Camille and her team are the best out there! From our initial consultation to our closing I was incredibly impressed with her organization and ability to sell our rather unusual property. She was able to get the price we wanted in a much quicker time frame than I anticipated. Camille is an expert in the Chicago market as well as a great negotiator and communicator. I was always well informed of the status of our listing by email, text, and phone calls. She is incredibly professional and I’m amazed at her organization. She sends out emails highlighting all of our calls together, showings, and how the open houses went. I highly re...

Buying a house can be a real strenuous process Craig really listened to my needs and wants. He is also very creative and helped me see ways to incorporate my own style into the many houses we looked at. And by working together I now have my dream home!

I had been searching for a particular type of property in a specific area of the northwest side of Chicago for a year with no luck when I found Camille after some internet sleuthing. Thanks to her, I now own my dream home! Camille fully utilized her network and all of the resources at her disposal to look for this needle in a haystack. When a listing that fit my needs popped up, we were the first to tour it, sometimes even before the listing went public. It is near impossible to overstate the breadth and depth of knowledge and experience Camille provides to her clients. As a first time home buyer this was invaluable to me as I learned something wi...

We are so happy to have worked with Camille to help purchase our home. We were immediately drawn to her based on her expertise early in the process. She was knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. We challenged her as we were living in another state during the purchase. She worked with us remotely and made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you Camille!

Joe was helpful and punctual throughout the whole process. He was in contact with me consistently whenever I had questions. His advice helped me solidify exactly what kind of unit I wanted the "3 L's" philosophy that he introduced was especially important. I plan to work with Joe again if I ever pursue buying, selling, or managing another property in the future.

Working with Joe was a great experience he helped me find my first rental property in Chicago. His resourcefulness enabled us to schedule multiple showings on a single day, and his understanding of the city helped me in finding the perfect fit for my personal needs. He is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I give Joe my highest regards and recommend him as a real estate professional for anyone that is looking to purchase or rent a property in the city of Chicago.

We could not have found the apartment of our dreams without Anthony’s help! My roommate and I are moving from out of state and we had one weekend to find an apartment in Chicago. In the weeks leading up to our visit, Anthony sent us apartments of all different types from different neighborhoods to help us narrow down what we wanted and before we arrived he set up appointments for us in areas he thought we would like. Anthony was knowledgeable about the different Chicago neighborhoods and helped us figure out where would fit our personalities and be convenient for work. We found the perfect apartment and Anthony negotiated two months of free rent on ...

Camille was recommended to us by good friends who had bought their house with her and had a great experience. I'm so glad we also worked with her to buy our first house, too. I'm sure we had so many silly questions as completely uninformed first-time buyers but Camille was so patient, friendly and casual to work with that it made the process so much easier. When the day came that we toured our house with her, I vividly remember Camille quietly saying "I think this could be it" right after we left. I had almost ignored all of the best parts of the house because I was so focused on the wallpaper and the dated carpet. She helped us to buy that gem of a...

Joe was incredible in helping me plan my move to Chicago and find an apartment to rent. He was very knowledgeable about the area and always made himself available to talk, show units, and help out in other ways. He really went the extra mile and I highly recommend his services.

Camille and her team are the best! She is so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I will refer her to anyone who is looking to buy a home!

Camille and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Camille was very helpful in explaining the process and patient with any questions and concerns that I had along the way. Unlike previous experience with agents, it was immediately evident that I was being treated like a priority by the entire team. I am definitely looking forward to working with Camille again on my next home.

It was our second time working with Caroline. Caroline and her team- Camille were truly amazing in helping us during the process of purchasing a new property. From the very first day to the day of the closing they were fully engaged through every step, their communication skills truly impressive, their dedication to making the buying process stress - free was incredible. Being able to have a total trust and confidence that we were taken care of by the best relator you could have was the greatest feeling ever. We truly appreciate Caroline's dedication and we will always recommend her to others.

Not much can be said for the expectations my wife and I had in beginning the process of buying our first home. We had a pretty good sense of location and type of property we were interested in, but there was so much more we didn't even know we needed to consider. Camille impressed us right out of the gate, not only with her general knowledge of the current real estate climate but with how quickly she was able to refine the search for the home we were looking for. She picked up on our vibe and style immediately and was completely accommodating of our needs and schedules. Camille takes it upon herself to train and educate through each tour so that you...
