Wrightwood Neighbors is the northwest part of Lincoln Park, from Fullerton Avenue north to Diversey Parkway, between Halsted Street and roughly Southport Avenue. It's named for the Wrightwood Neighbors Conservation Association, the local neighborhood group, and about three-quarters of its sales are condos, along with two-flats and single-family homes on residential side streets, close to the Fullerton and Diversey L stations.
DePaul is the area around DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus, from Armitage Avenue north to Fullerton Avenue, between Halsted Street and Racine Avenue. It overlaps the Sheffield area and includes some of Lincoln Park's most expensive single-family blocks, along with Victorian rowhouses, greystones and condo conversions.
Everything else carries the general Lincoln Park label, including the lakefront high-rises along Lincoln Park West, Clark Street and Lakeview Avenue, the blocks near North Avenue, and the buildings along Clybourn and near the river.

What the numbers show: DePaul and Wrightwood Neighbors sell for more than the rest of Lincoln Park, especially for condos. Part of that is what's for sale: a quarter of the condos sold in the rest of Lincoln Park were one-bedrooms, many in lakefront high-rises, compared with under 10% in the two sections. Even bedroom for bedroom, a two-bedroom condo in DePaul sold for about 30% more than one in the rest of the neighborhood.
Condos are 70% of sales, from lakefront high-rises with doormen and views to vintage courtyard buildings and newer boutique buildings. Townhouses and rowhouses are more common here than in most Chicago neighborhoods, with 171 sales in the past year. Single-family homes, from Victorian and greystone houses to newer construction, carry a median price above $2.5 million.
The Red, Brown and Purple Lines stop at Fullerton, and the Brown and Purple Lines also stop at Armitage and Diversey. The Red Line's North/Clybourn station is at the neighborhood's southwest corner. Lake Shore Drive runs along the park, and the lakefront trail connects to downtown by bike or on foot.
