My main goal is to bring an engineer’s precision, a designer’s eye, and a genuine passion for helping people make confident real estate decisions. As an Industrial Engineer by profession, my experience spans construction, interior renovations, project management, accounting, and finance. I’ve been able to bring all of those experiences together in a way that gives my clients a different perspective on real estate.

When I walk into a home, I’m naturally looking at more than just what’s on the surface. I pay attention to the layout, finishes, construction, renovation potential, and the possibilities a property can offer. At the same time, my background in finance and accounting allows me to look at the numbers and help my clients understand the costs, opportunities, and long-term value behind a property.

If you’re a buyer, I want to help you see both what the home is today and what it could become over time. If you’re a seller, I bring a thoughtful approach to presentation, pricing, and strategy to get the best value for your property. And if you’re an investor, I can provide a practical analysis of costs, returns, and long-term potential.

I work with condos, townhomes, single-family and multi-family homes, luxury properties, new construction, commercial spaces, investment properties, and rentals; because no matter the type of property or where you are in your real estate journey, my goal is to make the process feel clear, personal, and well thought.

I’m also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, which allows me to connect with a diverse community of clients and make every conversation comfortable and clear. Ultimately, I combine my technical background with my appreciation for design and my passion for real estate to provide thoughtful solutions driven by value, and ultimately, an elevated experience from our first contact to your closing day.
