What the numbers show: a condo or a single-family home costs about the same in either neighborhood. Bucktown's overall median is higher only because single-family homes make up twice as large a share of its sales. The bigger difference is the feel: Wicker Park has more condos, more nightlife and the busier commercial corridors, while Bucktown is more residential.
