Role Overview
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent on our team, you’ll play an integral role in assisting clients in buying and selling homes across the Chicagoland area. This position involves fieldwork, traveling to different properties, and working from our Bucktown office, with opportunities for remote work.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role, providing unlimited earning potential based on your dedication and effort.
Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage real estate transactions with buyers and sellers.

Clearly communicate with clients, guiding them through the real estate process.

Conduct property visits and showings with clients.

Utilize and support clients with technological tools and applications to enhance their experience.
Qualifications

Active real estate license (Illinois)

Comfortable with technology; an interest in real estate tech applications is a plus.

Reliable transportation for travel across Chicago (for both yourself and clients).

Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required—we value motivation and a willingness to learn!
