We've opened the doors on something new in Logan Square, right next to the Logan Theatre at 2644 N Milwaukee Ave. It's not a typical real estate office. Think of it as a community living room: a place for neighbors, local organizations, and anyone who wants a spot to gather, with no appointment or transaction required.
A living room, not a storefront office
The space is built around free programming for neighborhood groups, from meetings to small events to pop-ups. Our team will be there, but the point is the neighborhood, not the brokerage. If you've walked past and wondered what's going on inside, that's the idea: come find out. We're grateful to the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce and our neighbors at the Logan Theatre for welcoming us onto the block.

And yes, Bucktown is still home too
This new space adds to our footprint, it doesn't replace it. Our original office at 1643 N Milwaukee Ave in Bucktown is still open and fully staffed. We're growing into Logan Square, not leaving Bucktown behind. More on how the two spaces work together in an upcoming post.
